- Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions and fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool completely.

- Frost each cupcake with chocolate frosting.
- Break pretzels in half and stick two halves into the top of each cupcake to resemble antlers.
- Place two candy eyes and one red M&M on each cupcake to create the reindeer face.
