  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper (or to taste)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  • Prepare the Cauliflower:

    • Cut the cauliflower into small florets or ½” thick steaks, depending on your preference.
  • Season the Cauliflower:

    • In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
    • Add the cauliflower florets (or steaks) to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  • Roast the Cauliflower:
