- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is golden brown on top.
