Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Thread salmon cubes onto skewers and place them in a shallow dish.
- Pour the marinade over the salmon skewers, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Grill the salmon skewers for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and slightly charred.
