Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, cream together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in the ricotta cheese, milk, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
