- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the sliced kielbasa over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the chicken broth, diced potatoes, chopped onion, sliced carrots, diced celery, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the pot.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the heavy cream and let the soup cook for an additional 5 minutes.
