Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1 cup kalamata olives
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
  • 1/2 cup sliced salami
  • 1/4 cup sliced prosciutto
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 1/4 cup tzatziki
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Crackers or bread for serving

Instructions

  • Arrange the marinated artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, kalamata olives, fresh mozzarella balls, sliced salami, sliced prosciutto, and sliced pepperoncini peppers on a large platter.
  • Place the hummus and tzatziki in small bowls and add them to the platter.
