These Easy Oreo Truffles are a decadent, no-bake treat made with just three ingredients! The rich combination of Oreo cookies and cream cheese, coated in smooth melted chocolate, creates an irresistible dessert that’s perfect for any occasion. Quick to prepare and always a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  • Mix the crushed cookies with the softened cream cheese until well combined and smooth.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, or melt over a double boiler until smooth.
  • Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  • Place the coated truffles back on the parchment-lined baking sheet and chill until the chocolate hardens, about 30 minutes.
  • Enjoy your delicious Oreo truffles!

Notes

  • You can drizzle some additional melted chocolate or sprinkle crushed Oreos on top for extra decoration.
  • To make the truffles even richer, use dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate.
