Description

These Cheesy Pizza Bombs are the perfect bite-sized snack or appetizer! Filled with gooey mozzarella cheese, marinara sauce, and Parmesan, all wrapped in warm, buttery biscuit dough and topped with garlic and herbs. A crowd-pleaser for pizza lovers!


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese in the center.
  • Fold the biscuit dough around the fillings and pinch to seal.
  • Place the filled biscuits seam side down in a greased baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, oregano, and basil.
  • Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the biscuits.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
