A deliciously unique fusion of pizza and Caesar salad, these Pepperoni Pizza Caesar Wraps are a fun, easy-to-make meal that combines marinara sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, and Caesar salad into a handheld wrap. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or a fun snack!


Ingredients

  • 2 large tortillas
  • 1/3 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Cup n Crisp pepperoni
  • 1 (10.5 oz) bag prepared Caesar salad (or about 3 cups homemade Caesar)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  • Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  • Spread 1/6 of the marinara sauce on each tortilla.
  • Sprinkle 1/4 of the shredded mozzarella cheese on each tortilla.
  • Evenly distribute 1/4 of the pepperoni on top of the cheese.
  • Add 1/4 of the Caesar salad onto each tortilla.
  • Drizzle with fresh lemon juice, if desired, for an added burst of flavor.
  • Roll up each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go to form a wrap.
  • Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.
