Description

These Big Mac Sloppy Joes give you all the iconic flavors of a Big Mac in a fun, sloppy joe-style meal! Ground beef is simmered in a tangy sauce with pickles, mustard, and mayonnaise, then served on a bun with shredded lettuce and melted cheese. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner with a tasty twist!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Hamburger buns
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Sliced American cheese

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  • Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in the diced pickles, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve the sloppy joe mixture on hamburger buns, topped with shredded lettuce and a slice of American cheese.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, try adding a splash of pickle juice or a few dashes of hot sauce to the mixture.
  • You can use any cheese you prefer, but American cheese melts the best and adds a creamy texture.
  • Serve with fries or chips for the full “Big Mac” experience!
