- Hamburger buns
- Shredded lettuce

Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the diced pickles, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve the sloppy joe mixture on hamburger buns, topped with shredded lettuce and a slice of American cheese.
