Instructions
- Make the Big Mac Sauce
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and sweet pickle relish. Stir until smooth. Set aside.
- Prepare the Sloppy Joe Filling
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
- Add chopped onion to the beef and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, sliced pickles, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well and cook until the cheese melts and the mixture is heated through, about 2 minutes.
- Assemble the Sloppy Joes
- Spoon a generous amount of the beef mixture onto the bottom half of each toasted hamburger bun.
- Top with a drizzle of Big Mac sauce and additional pickle slices.
- Place the top bun on and serve immediately!
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or hot sauce to the sloppy joe filling.
- Feel free to add more or less mustard, ketchup, or pickle relish to the Big Mac sauce to suit your taste.
- If you want to make it extra cheesy, sprinkle more cheddar on top of the beef filling before serving.
