Ingredients
- 2 cans Chunk Chicken Breast
- ½ cup Chopped Almonds
- 2 stalks Celery, chopped
- 1 Crisp Red or Green Apple, diced
- 2 tsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Dried Parsley
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
- 2 tbsp Sour Cream
Instructions
- Open the cans of chunk chicken breast and drain well. Place the chicken into a large mixing bowl.
- Dice the apple and chop the celery. Add both to the bowl with the chicken.
- Chop the almonds and add them to the mixture for extra crunch and flavor.
- Sprinkle in the Cajun seasoning, dried parsley, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
