Description
This tropical-inspired grilled chicken is marinated in flavorful teriyaki sauce and topped with grilled pineapple, red bell pepper, and onion. A perfect summer meal that brings sweet, savory, and smoky flavors together in each bite.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 can pineapple rings, drained
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, marinate the chicken breasts in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has reached an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- In the last few minutes of grilling, add the pineapple rings, red bell pepper, and red onion to the grill. Grill until slightly charred and tender.
- Serve the grilled chicken topped with grilled pineapple, bell pepper, and onion for a delicious and colorful dish.
Notes
- For extra flavor, baste the chicken with more teriyaki sauce while grilling.
