- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink in the center, about 7-8 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and shred it using two forks.
- Return the shredded chicken to the skillet and add the mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheeses are melted and the mixture is well combined.
- Divide the cheesy chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas and roll them up tightly.
- Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook until golden brown and crispy on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For added flavor, you can sauté the garlic in butter instead of olive oil.
