Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1/4 cup maraschino cherry juice
  • Maraschino cherries, drained and sliced

Instructions

  • In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin in boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
  • Stir in the cold water, vodka, and maraschino cherry juice.
  • Pour the mixture into a shallow pan or silicone mold and refrigerate for about 2-3 hours, or until set.
  • Once the gelatin has set, cut into small balls or scoop out with a melon baller.
  • Garnish each Jello ball with a slice of maraschino cherry before serving.
