These Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls are a comforting twist on traditional lasagna! Tender lasagna noodles filled with creamy ricotta, shredded chicken, and Alfredo sauce, then baked with melted mozzarella and Parmesan. A family favorite that’s easy to make and full of flavor!

- 12 lasagna noodles, cooked and cooled
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (divided)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or a little olive oil.

Prepare the Filling:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, ½ cup of the shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir until everything is well combined.

Assemble the Lasagna Rolls:
- Lay the cooked and cooled lasagna noodles flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a few tablespoons of the chicken and cheese mixture along the length of each lasagna noodle.
- Roll up each noodle tightly and place it seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.

Top with Alfredo Sauce:
- Pour the Alfredo sauce over the lasagna rolls, making sure they are evenly coated.

Bake the Lasagna Rolls:
- Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the rolls.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish and Serve:
- Remove from the oven and let the rolls sit for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
- Add some spinach or other vegetables to the filling for extra flavor and nutrition.
- Feel free to top the rolls with extra Parmesan cheese or even a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes for some heat.
