- 6 cups thinly sliced, peeled apples

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Fit one pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate.
- In a large bowl, combine apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
- Spoon apple mixture into pie crust.
- Place second pie crust over filling. Trim, seal, and flute edges.
