- 1/2 cup honey

- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, honey, pistachios, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add in the flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bundt cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, serve as is or drizzle with additional honey or powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
- For extra pistachio flavor, you can add more chopped pistachios to the batter or use them to decorate the top of the cake.
