This Kiwi Lemonade Bliss combines the tartness of fresh lemons with the tropical sweetness of ripe kiwis, creating a vibrant and invigorating beverage perfect for hot days.

- 4 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Kiwi Puree: Place the chopped kiwis in a blender and blend until smooth. For a smoother texture, you can strain the puree to remove the seeds, though this is optional.
- Make the Lemonade Base: In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Combine and Mix: Add the kiwi puree to the lemon mixture. Pour in the cold water and stir well to combine all ingredients. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
- Serve: Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the kiwi lemonade over the ice, and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- For a fizzy version, replace some of the cold water with sparkling water.
- Adjust the sweetness to your preference by adding more or less sugar.
- This beverage is best served chilled and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
