Instructions
- Boil the water and pour it into a mug.
- Add the cinnamon stick (or ground cinnamon) to the hot water. Let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
- Remove the cinnamon stick if using, and stir in the honey. Adjust the sweetness to your preference.
- If desired, add a teaspoon of fresh lemon juice and a pinch of ground ginger.
- Stir well and sip slowly to soothe your sore throat.
