Instructions

  • Boil the water and pour it into a mug.
  • Add the cinnamon stick (or ground cinnamon) to the hot water. Let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
  • Remove the cinnamon stick if using, and stir in the honey. Adjust the sweetness to your preference.
  • If desired, add a teaspoon of fresh lemon juice and a pinch of ground ginger.
