- 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cups whipped topping
- 1/4 cup Creme de Menthe liqueur
- 12 Oreos, crushed
- 3 tablespoons hot fudge topping
Instructions
- Prepare Pudding: In a small mixing bowl, combine the chocolate pudding mix, Baileys Irish Cream, and milk. Whisk for 2 minutes until smooth and thick. Let the pudding stand for 5 minutes to fully set.
- Make Whipped Topping: In a separate mixing bowl, combine the whipped topping and Creme de Menthe liqueur. Stir until well blended.
- Assemble Parfaits: Drizzle a small amount of hot fudge inside each parfait dish. Spoon the pudding mixture and whipped topping mixture into separate piping bags or Ziplock bags, cutting off the tip of each bag. Pipe the pudding mixture and whipped topping mixture into the parfait dishes, alternating layers. Finish with a layer of crushed Oreos on top.

- If you prefer a non-alcoholic version, you can substitute Baileys Irish Cream with milk or a cream liqueur flavoring.
