Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning, black beans, and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- Line a muffin tin with wonton wrappers, pressing them gently into each cup to form small cups.
- Spoon the beef mixture into each wonton cup, filling them to the top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture in each cup.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the wonton wrappers are golden brown and crispy, and the cheese has melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
