- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Crackers, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in the chopped green onions.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish (an 8×8-inch dish works well) and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve hot with crackers for dipping.
Notes
- You can add a sprinkle of extra mozzarella or Parmesan on top of the dip before baking for a cheesy crust.
- To make this dip lighter, you can substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise.
- You can prepare the dip ahead of time and refrigerate it before baking.
