Description

This Honey Garlic Sausage with Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Broccoli is an easy, flavorful one-pan meal perfect for busy weeknights! Sweet and savory with a touch of garlic, this dish is packed with wholesome ingredients and comes together in under an hour. Minimal prep, maximum flavor!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 sausage links (pork or chicken)

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • In a large bowl, toss the cubed sweet potatoes and broccoli with melted butter, salt, and pepper.

  • Spread veggies on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.

  • While vegetables are roasting, whisk together garlic, honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.

  • Slice the sausages into bite-sized pieces and add to the baking sheet with the partially roasted vegetables.

  • Pour the honey garlic glaze over everything and toss gently to coat.

  • Return to the oven and roast for an additional 20–25 minutes, or until sausages are browned and veggies are tender.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Use pre-cooked sausage for faster prep, or roast raw sausage whole and slice afterward.

Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the glaze for a bit of heat.

Works great with chicken sausage or turkey sausage for a leaner option.
