- 4 oz roast beef
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup sauerkraut
- Thousand Island dressing, to taste
Instructions
- Slice the bagel in half.
- Place the roast beef on the bottom half of the bagel.
- Add the Swiss cheese on top of the roast beef.
- Spread sauerkraut over the cheese.
- Drizzle Thousand Island dressing on top.
- Place the other half of the bagel on top to close the sandwich.
- Serve and enjoy!

- If you prefer a warm sandwich, you can toast the bagel halves before assembling, or even grill the whole sandwich to melt the cheese.
