- 1 pound frozen meatballs
- 1 loaf French bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the frozen meatballs, French bread cubes, and marinara sauce. Stir to coat the bread and meatballs with the sauce.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the bread cubes are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute the frozen meatballs with homemade or pre-cooked meatballs if preferred.
- For extra flavor, add some garlic powder or Italian seasoning to the bread and meatball mixture.
- If you like it extra cheesy, feel free to add more mozzarella or sprinkle some provolone cheese on top.
