Description

This Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta is a decadent, comfort food dish packed with savory flavors. It combines juicy ground beef, crispy bacon, creamy cheese, and tender pasta in a rich, savory sauce. Perfect for a family dinner or a crowd-pleasing meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Add the diced onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
  • Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, milk, and elbow macaroni. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until macaroni is cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
  • Stir in the cooked ground beef and shredded cheddar cheese until cheese is melted and the sauce becomes creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

  • You can substitute the elbow macaroni with any small pasta shape.
  • For extra creaminess, you can add more cheese or a little heavy cream.
  • If you prefer a spicier dish, add some red pepper flakes or hot sauce to taste
