- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Add the diced onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, milk, and elbow macaroni. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until macaroni is cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked ground beef and shredded cheddar cheese until cheese is melted and the sauce becomes creamy.
