  • 6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, crumbled bacon, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the potatoes evenly.
