Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, crumbled bacon, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the potatoes evenly.
- Spread the potato mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
