Description

This Fiery Chicken Ramen is a spicy and comforting dish that combines tender chicken with the rich, creamy flavors of garlic sauce.   • 2 large chicken breasts, diced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce

  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken:

    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    • Season the diced chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

    • Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from heat.

  • Prepare the Ramen:

    • Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside, keeping a little bit of the ramen water in case you want to adjust the sauce consistency later.

  • Assemble the Dish:

    • Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet for about 1-2 minutes per side, or until soft and lightly golden.

    • Spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce on each tortilla.

    • Add the cooked chicken and sprinkle with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

  • Serve:

    • Lay a portion of the ramen noodles in the center of the tortilla. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the noodles and cheese, forming a wrap.

    • Optionally, garnish with fresh parsley for added flavor and color.

 

  • Serve warm and enjoy!
