1 tbsp olive oil
-
2 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp onion powder
-
1 tsp paprika
-
Salt and pepper to taste
-
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-
4 large flour tortillas
-
1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
-
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
-
Prepare the Chicken:
-
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
-
Season the diced chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
-
Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from heat.
-
-
Prepare the Ramen:
-
Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside, keeping a little bit of the ramen water in case you want to adjust the sauce consistency later.
-
-
Assemble the Dish:
-
Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet for about 1-2 minutes per side, or until soft and lightly golden.
-
Spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce on each tortilla.
-
Add the cooked chicken and sprinkle with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
-
-
Serve:
-
Lay a portion of the ramen noodles in the center of the tortilla. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the noodles and cheese, forming a wrap.
-
Optionally, garnish with fresh parsley for added flavor and color.
-
-
Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
-
Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding a pinch of red pepper flakes or chili powder to the chicken.
-
For extra creaminess, add more creamy garlic sauce or a drizzle of ranch dressing before serving.
-
You can use any kind of noodles or tortillas based on availability or preference.
