- 1 package puff pastry
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
- In a bowl, mix together the crumbled feta cheese, chopped spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the feta mixture onto the center of each puff pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling to form a pillow shape and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
- Place the prepared pillows on the baking sheet and brush the tops with the beaten egg.
