  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted (divided)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 12 thin slices ham
  • 15 slices salami
  • 1517 slices pepperoni
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic. Brush the dough with the garlic butter mixture.
  4. Sprinkle ¾ cup of shredded mozzarella over the dough.
  5. Layer the ham, salami, and pepperoni evenly across the dough.
  6. Sprinkle with garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
  7. Roll up the dough tightly, pinching the ends to seal.
  8. Brush the rolled stromboli with the beaten egg.
  9. Place the stromboli on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
  11. Let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
