Description

This Easy Baked Ranch Chicken is a flavorful and simple dish that requires minimal ingredients. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts are coated with a savory ranch seasoning blend, garlic powder, and paprika for a deliciously seasoned, juicy result.   • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish with a little olive oil or cooking spray.

  • In a small bowl, mix together the ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • Rub olive oil onto each chicken breast to coat evenly. Sprinkle the seasoning mix generously on both sides of the chicken breasts.

  • Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is golden on top.

 

  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the seasoning and olive oil mixture for 30 minutes before baking.

  • You can add some shredded cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of baking for a cheesy ranch chicken version.
