- 3 packages of Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 1 (8-ounce) block of cream cheese
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pound of kielbasa, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the frozen pierogies into the bottom of your crockpot.
- Pour the chicken broth over the pierogies.
- Cube the cream cheese and add it on top of the pierogies.
- Add the sliced kielbasa and shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until the pierogies are tender and the casserole is heated through.
- Stir gently before serving.
