Description

This comforting Crockpot Pierogi Casserole with Kielbasa is the ultimate slow-cooked meal. Layers of cheesy pierogies, rich cream cheese, and savory kielbasa blend together for a hearty, flavorful dish. Perfect for a busy weeknight or feeding a crowd!


Ingredients

  • 3 packages of Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies
  • 4 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 (8-ounce) block of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound of kielbasa, sliced

 

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place the frozen pierogies into the bottom of your crockpot.
  • Pour the chicken broth over the pierogies.
  • Cube the cream cheese and add it on top of the pierogies.
  • Add the sliced kielbasa and shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until the pierogies are tender and the casserole is heated through.

 

  • Stir gently before serving.

Notes

  • For a creamier casserole, you can add more cream cheese or a bit of sour cream.
