Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned and onion is tender.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup and Velveeta cheese until cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
- Serve over cooked penne pasta.
