- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
