- 2–3 cups cooked chicken, diced
- ¼ cup bacon bits
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup milk
- 12 ounces frozen mixed vegetables, thawed slightly
- ⅛ teaspoon dried thyme

- 12–14 Ritz crackers (about half a sleeve), crushed
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Prepare the Casserole Mixture:
- In a large bowl, combine the thawed hash browns, cooked chicken, bacon bits, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, thawed mixed vegetables, and dried thyme.
- Stir until everything is evenly mixed.

Assemble the Casserole:
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Prepare the Topping:
- In a small bowl, crush the Ritz crackers into fine crumbs.
- Sprinkle the crushed crackers evenly over the casserole. Then, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the crackers.

- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.
- After 35-40 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes, or until the casserole is hot, bubbly, and the topping is golden brown.
