Description

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

  • Prepare the Coating:
    In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.

  • Coat the Chicken Breasts:
    Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Spread an even layer of the mayonnaise mixture over the top of each chicken breast, making sure they are completely coated.

  • Bake the Chicken:

Notes
