- 1 loaf of French bread
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the French bread in half lengthwise and hollow out the insides, leaving about 1/2 inch of bread on the sides.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spoon the chicken Alfredo mixture into the hollowed-out bread halves, spreading evenly.
- Top the stuffed bread with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Brush the outer sides of the bread with melted butter.
- Place the stuffed bread halves on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
- You can add a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor.
