Description
This savory Beef Broccoli Noodles dish combines tender flank steak, crisp broccoli, and soft rice noodles, all tossed together in a flavorful sauce made with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and beef broth. A quick and delicious stir-fry perfect for a weeknight dinner!

- 8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the sliced flank steak, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated steak and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add the broccoli florets to the pan and cook until slightly tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together the oyster sauce and beef broth. Pour the sauce over the steak and broccoli mixture in the pan, stirring to coat.
- Add the cooked rice noodles to the pan and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute rice noodles with any noodles of your choice, such as udon or soba.
- For added spice, you can drizzle a little sriracha sauce on top before serving.
- If you prefer a thicker sauce, you can add a cornstarch slurry (1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water) to the sauce while cooking.
