- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup egg nog
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Ground cinnamon, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg nog, eggs, vanilla extract, and nutmeg. Mix until well combined.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
- Let cheesecake cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon before serving.
Notes
- For a richer crust, you can add a tablespoon of sugar to the graham cracker mixture.
- If you don’t have a springform pan, a regular round cake pan will work, but ensure to line the sides with parchment paper for easy removal.
