Description

This indulgent Egg Nog Cheesecake blends the creamy richness of cheesecake with the festive flavors of egg nog and nutmeg. Perfect for holiday gatherings, it’s a treat that will impress your guests with its smooth texture and sweet, spiced flavor. Top it with whipped cream and cinnamon for an extra touch of holiday cheer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup egg nog
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Ground cinnamon, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg nog, eggs, vanilla extract, and nutmeg. Mix until well combined.
  • Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.
  • Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
  • Let cheesecake cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer crust, you can add a tablespoon of sugar to the graham cracker mixture.
  • If you don’t have a springform pan, a regular round cake pan will work, but ensure to line the sides with parchment paper for easy removal.
  • You can make this cheesecake ahead of time—just store it in the fridge until ready to serve.
