- 1 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the blueberries, sugar, and lemon zest together.
- Brush a sheet of filo pastry with melted butter, then place another sheet on top.
- Spoon some of the blueberry mixture onto the filo pastry.
- Roll the filo pastry into a log and arrange it in a spiral shape on a baking tray.
- Repeat the process with the remaining filo pastry and blueberry mixture, creating multiple spirals.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
