Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of filo pastry
  • 1 cup of fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the blueberries, sugar, and lemon zest together.
  • Brush a sheet of filo pastry with melted butter, then place another sheet on top.
  • Spoon some of the blueberry mixture onto the filo pastry.
  • Roll the filo pastry into a log and arrange it in a spiral shape on a baking tray.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining filo pastry and blueberry mixture, creating multiple spirals.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
