- 1 pre-made chocolate cookie crust
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup hot fudge sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- Whipped cream and additional hot fudge sauce for topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until well mixed.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
- Pour half of the hot fudge sauce into the chocolate cookie crust.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture over the hot fudge layer.
- Drizzle the remaining hot fudge sauce on top and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve slices topped with whipped cream and additional hot fudge sauce.
Notes
- If you prefer a firmer texture, let the pie chill longer in the fridge.
- For extra texture, you can add crushed chocolate cookies on top or layer them into the pie.
