Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until fully incorporated.
  • Press the mixture into the base and sides of a tart pan, ensuring it is evenly spread.
  • Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the ricotta cheese and honey until smooth and creamy. Spread this mixture over the cooled crust.
  • Melt the dark chocolate chips and drizzle over the ricotta filling.
  • Refrigerate the tart for at least 1 hour before serving to allow it to set.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, consider sprinkling chopped almonds or pistachios on top of the tart before refrigerating.
