Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, ricotta cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix well until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls and press a sliced almond on top of each.
- Place the chews on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly golden.
