Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup crushed walnuts (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prepare the pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil, leaving a little overhang to make removing the fudge easier.
- Melt the white chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Add flavor: Stir in the orange zest, orange juice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until fully combined.
- Mix in cranberries and walnuts: Gently fold in the chopped cranberries and crushed walnuts, if using.
- Chill: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge has set.
- Serve: Once set, remove the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper overhang and cut it into small squares. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- You can substitute dried cranberries with fresh cranberries, but be sure to chop them finely.
- Add a little extra orange zest for a more intense citrus flavor.
- Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
