- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs

- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup flour
- Red and green food coloring

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Press sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan, forming a crust.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract, sour cream, and flour until fully combined.
- Divide the cheesecake batter into two portions. Add red food coloring to one portion and green food coloring to the other, mixing to create a vibrant swirl effect.
- Spoon the colored batters alternately into the pan, then use a knife or skewer to swirl the colors together.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
