- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until thick and pale.
- Sift in the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased and lined baking sheet. Spread evenly to cover the surface.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Carefully roll the cake with the help of a kitchen towel. Let it cool completely while rolled up.
- Once cooled, unroll the cake gently and spread the whipped cream evenly over the surface. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the cream.
- Roll the cake back up carefully and refrigerate for at least one hour before slicing and serving.
