  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries (reserve some for topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs, milk, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Stir in the rolled oats and baking powder.
  • Gently fold in the blueberries, reserving some for the topping.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Top with the reserved blueberries.
